When referencing legal materials, they are generally already written in the legal style. APA 7th has no set standards for referencing legislation and cases and recommends the use of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.

However, this is an American publication, and so we recommend using the examples below and for any further information, refer to the Australian Guide to Legal Citation; available on the CDU Law AGLC Referencing guide here.
