Referencing Guide: What's your style?

CDU APA
CDU Harvard
AGLC
Other Styles

There are three main styles at CDU. They are CDU APA, CDU Harvard, and AGLC.

However, your lecturer may ask you to use any number of other styles. They may also ask for specific details or style changes you must follow to get your referencing marks.

Unsure of what style you might be using? Here are the main styles and the disciplines that commonly use them.

CDU APA Common units; Education; Health; Nursing & Midwifery; Indigenous Futures, Arts & Society
CDU Harvard Business; Engineering; IT; Environment
AGLC Law
Other Styles Vancouver (Pharmacy); IEEE (Engineering/IT); CDU History Referencing and Essay Writing Guide (History - select units)

Still uncertain what style is yours? It's always worth double-checking your unit information or with your lecturer. Sometimes, they choose one outside of the common style for their discipline.
