Journal Impact and Ranking Tools
The following tools help you discover the ranking of journals in different fields. They are also useful for Early Career Researchers and others to determine which journals to publish in.
Theses Databases
At the start of the research project, research students will find it useful to look at completed theses to: to help define or narrow down a topic; to have a look at the structure and layout of a thesis; to review methodologies used by other researchers to name a few.
Theses can be viewed through the following tools:
- CDU theses: CDU catalogue and CDU eSpace
- Australian theses: Trove
- International theses: Proquest Dissertations and Theses database
ABS CURF Microdata
-
Access to the Australian Bureau of Statistics's (ABS) CURF (Confidentialised Unit Record File) data is available to CDU researchers. See: http://www.abs.gov.au/websitedbs/D3310114.nsf/home/About+CURF+Microdata.
