The HDR Candidate submits two hard bound copies (manuscript) of the final version along with one copy on a CD (electronic resource) to the Office of Research and Innovation. The Thesis Deposit Form must be completed and sent along with the CD.
The Office of Research and Innovation sends one bound copy and the electronic copy to the Library, and the second hard copy to the Supervisor.
CDU Guidelines for the Presentation of Theses
The Presentation of HDR Thesis Procedures provide guidance for the preparation and presentation, formatting, binding, length, bibliographic citations, rights to display and submission of a thesis for Higher Degree by Research at Charles Darwin University.

Recommendation of Examiners
As part of the Examinations process, the Recommendation of Examiners Form needs to be completed and submitted to the Office of Research and Innovation at least three months prior to the intended submission date.
