Learning Precinct Guide: Need help?

New to computers

When thinking about studying at CDU, assess your technological skills here.

It is recommended that CDU students who are new to University complete CUC100 Academic Literacies

This course will help you with commonly required computer skills including Learnline.

Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office provides support online.

You are also able to do training courses and view training videos from the support page. This training contains different versions of each Microsoft Office program.

Drop-in Room

During semester, programs from around campus offer services in the learning precinct. The Drop-in room is located on Casuarina campus library; Red 8, level 1, room 7 (next to the service desk)

Research and referencing help
The Liaison Librarian Team offer assistance to all CDU students with research and referencing skills development that is tailored to your area of study.

Academic writing and skills support
The Academic Language and Learning Success Program (ALLSP) offers assistance to all CDU higher education students with academic skills development that is tailored to your area of study.

Tuesday and Thursday: 5pm - 9:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12:30pm - 5pm

IT Kiosk

The IT Kiosk is an extension of the ITMS service desk. It is a physical space where CDU students and staff can obtain face-to-face support for CDU IT and Communications services.
It is located on Casuarina campus; Red 1, Level 1, Room 20 (Student square, next to the ATM).
